Our 2010 Legislative Agenda is focused on:

 

Strengthening Existing State Law Article 15-a to:

Expand the number of state agencies covered;

Include the use of MWBEs in financial and professional services in state contracts;

Clarify the diversity practices used to judge vendors;

Clarify state agency reporting requirements;

Establish a "public authorities procurement council" composed of senior leaders from
state agencies and representatives of the private sector;
